Is treatment in India safe?
We work only with NABH-accredited hospitals — India's national quality standard — and with high-volume joint replacement programmes whose surgeons perform these procedures daily. You'll receive the hospital's and surgeon's credentials in writing with every quote, and the treating doctor's opinion always comes to you directly from the hospital.
How do I know the price won't change after I arrive?
Your quote is a written, itemized hospital estimate. Medicine can have genuine variations — a longer stay, an added test — but any change comes to you from the hospital in writing, explained, before it's incurred wherever possible. Our fee never changes.
What about the medical visa?
Once you choose a hospital, it issues a visa invitation letter and we guide you through India's medical visa application step by step. Up to two family attendants can usually accompany the patient.
What happens after I return home?
You leave India with your complete medical records, discharge summary, and the surgeon's physiotherapy protocol — which we send to your own physiotherapist so your rehabilitation continues properly at home. We also schedule video follow-ups with your surgeon.
What does ClearPath charge?
Getting hospital opinions and quotes is free. If you decide to travel, we charge one fixed coordination fee — quoted to you in writing before you commit to anything. Hospitals also pay us a coordination fee for the work we do on their side; this is disclosed and never added to your bill.
